At this time, the repair and replacement of a product are up to the discretion of each warranty team brand policy. Please contact the customer service rep below to proceed.
For all warranty claims please provide the following 6 things in the initial email when starting the claim. This is all the information Customer Service needs to efficiently process warranty claims, and this is also extremely helpful for finding parts replacements if it is something that can be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, we will then already have all the necessary information to supply an RA#.
